In Supraland, you basically run around in a colorful, minimalist world, trying to solve puzzles. You gain access to new areas as you purchase powers and find upgrades. You'll gain a double, then a triple jump that allows you to access previously unexplored areas higher up.
First-Person Metroidvania Puzzle game.Supraland is a indie adventure game made and published by Supra Games. A mix between Portal, Zelda and Metroid. Explore, find secret upgrades, solve puzzles, beat up monsters, find new abilities that help you reach new places. You explore a large interconnected world in which most ways are at first unpassable until you find new abilities to overcome those obstacles. A cornerstone of Supraland’s design was to create abilities that are so versatile, they will keep on surprising you by how many different usages they have. If you combine your abilities, the possibilities become even bigger. Very GoodSupraland is primarily a lateral thinking puzzle exploration game.
There's a big world to explore, and as you progress, you unlock new tools and upgrades to solve puzzles and reach new areas. Additionally, it has lots of character, a neat story, and combat. It's an original mix between a first person puzzle platformer and a Metroidvania game. It starts as a simple story, where the reds are having water problems.
You're sent down the pipe to find the problem, and find that it's the blues damaging the pipe. Your objective is then clear: go to Blueville and talk to their king about this issue. But it's so much more than that. In the game you find various upgrades and tools to help you better navigate the map and solve the many puzzles. Each puzzle is well thought out and nothing too far fetched so solving them feels good and fun. If you like puzzles, platforming, exploring every inch of a world, and some combat here and there, then I think you'll enjoy Supraland.
