Now that we know that Clicker Heroes 2 will be moddable what kinds of things would you like to do? This is my list based on the promotional video.Hero adding/editing existing heroes.Editing the number of slots for equipment.Different heroes can equip different equipment or different number of slots.Inspecting heroes/skills (ie hero makes enemies have x.5 hp)Adding/editing skills.Function support in skills.Adding/editing blocks and gems.Adding/editing items.Force an item to go to a specific slot in equipment. (hopefully flexible enough for rings)Inspecting items. (ie you need two x rings to trade for a y ring)Enemy adding/editing existing enemies.Function execution on death.

You can absolutely create new heroes. Tenchu z pc emulator. We implement heroes as mods ourselves, so anything we do that is hero specific can be done by anyone writing a mod. This includes skills, stones, gems and the skill tree.The other things on your list may or may not be possible at launch. The mod system is pretty generic in terms of what you can do to the game, in theory, but we haven't yet tested too many things outside of developing the heroes using it.Even if something isn't cleanly moddable at launch we can look into expanding the system based on what the community wants after the game is out.

I suppose if it is open source we could do that but I don't think they want people distributing code for a game that they want people to pay for. Unless you know a different way of doing it?One way of doing it is have most data things in a xml (or whatever format) file. I hope then they would allow for script in that and that would be some of the above but even if they don't you can still make new static things.I did hear that adding/editing existing heroes will be in.

I don't know to what extent it will be in but that does sound cool. I would love for the game to have some open hooks (Maybe even REST endpoints), so that I can attach other applications to it.The idea here is that I like things such as home automation, and if I can make opening my fridge buy some item, or tap my phone for certain skills that would be cool to me. Especially thinking about a factorio tie-in to replace the automater, and maybe have some kind of effect on item pricing (delivering many materials to get a discount on clicker heroes).Basically utilizing the idle-ness and the easy user-actions of the game to make it much more broad (and running 24/7).
